After a fantastic 72nd edition in 2024, we are already in full swing preparing for an equally great event in 2025. This remains a unique tournament with a rich history—after all, how many events can boast such a long-standing tradition?
What is the Badgasten Tournament?
Originally started as a local guest tournament, it has now grown into a national and even international top event. Since 1992, we have returned to the “old style,” emphasizing an accessible and friendly atmosphere. However, participation from both top and recreational players remains at the heart of the tournament. From beginners who have never held a racket to passionate tennis players who are regularly on the courts, everyone is welcome. The goal remains the same: enjoyable and relaxed tennis, with the exciting possibility of playing against international participants.
All players compete in a single draw. Facing a stronger opponent in the first round? No problem! You’ll move on to the consolation round, meaning you are guaranteed to play at least two matches.
